East Street, provides a unique urban setting overlooking the downtown skyline and Vibrant Outdoors will handle the landscape installation.

We’re extremely proud of our relationship with JC Hart which develops, builds, and manages high end apartment communities throughout Indiana and Ohio.  The Waverely is the third project in two years we’ve partnered with JC Hart for their landscape needs. The others being City Flats in Bloomington, IN and The District at Saxony in Fishers, IN.
