The Waverley

Vibrant Outdoors is proud to announce another partnership with JC Hart at their luxury apartment community in Downtown Indianapolis. The Waverley, located at 151 S. East Street, provides a unique urban setting overlooking the downtown skyline.  Vibrant Outdoors will provide the landscape installation.

We’re extremely proud of our relationship with JC Hart who develops, builds, and manages high-end apartment communities throughout Indiana and Ohio.  The Waverly is the third partnership within two years where Vibrant Outdoors has been retained by JC Hart to install the landscape at their newly developed communities.  Other successful partnerships include City Flats in Bloomington, IN and The District at Saxony in Fishers, IN.
